Prof. Tom Blenkinsop will give an illustrated talk on the geology of the materials used for the memorials in the churchyard. Tom is a structural geologist and Professor in Earth Science at Cardiff University. This will take place in the church starting at 2.30pm. Entrance is £5, £3 for members. There are a lot of memorials in the churchyard made from various materials and this should be a very instructive talk.
