We are the Penarth Ministry Area - made up of the five Anglican churches in Penarth and Llandough:
All Saints,
Holy Nativity,
St Augustines,
St Dochdwys, and
St Peters.
The Penarth Ministry Area is a collection of people who meet together regularly as we try to live life in a way that reflects the way that God calls us to be. We are made up of both young and old, traditional and modern, liberal and conservative, certain and confused, and we don't always agree on everything - but above and beyond everything we try to be a community that loves each other, and loves God.
Come along and experience the church as a family that will journey alongside you as you discover and live your life of faith.
We are situated just to the south of Cardiff in the Vale of Glamorgan, in the Diocese of Llandaff, part of the Church in Wales. Our Diocesan Bishop is the Right Reverend Mary Stallard.
We have what is probably the oldest building in Penarth (
St Peters Church in Old Cogan), as well as one of the most visible and recognisable landmarks across Penarth, Cardiff Bay and the Bristol channel (
St Augustines) plus a wealth of history and fascinating stories tied up in each church.
But more important than any of these things, we are a community of people seeking to follow Jesus here and now.
